Can you repost the full question in english?  Many of our models are written specifically for the free TINA-TI simulation program.  Using them in other simulation programs sometimes requires small changes.

As per the tool experts at TI "The file extension really doesn’t mean much. This file should be an ASCII text file which the user will need to include in his PSPICE testbench."
