Hi, iam using OPA860 in a application and i giving 3.3v positive supply and i short negative supply to ground and i using this ic for VCCS along with some other circuit. my question: is this device only work for differential supply or it can both differential and single supply. and my other question is this device properly for 3.3v.

    Hello Venkata,

    The minimum supply voltage for this part is 5V (or +-5V on split supplies). This part is primarily designed for split supply operation, but single supply operation should be possible with appropriate circuit changes. The output swing is symmetrical around the mid supply voltage, so if you want to use it on a single 5V supply the inputs will need to be referenced to 2.5V using external components.

    thanks for the reply. i will use diffrential supply, but could you tell what type of circuit connection or modifications i need to make for single supply.
