Hello,

Could you please let me know the competitive device with AD603?
I already proposed LMH6505 and LMH6502.

However, the customer request high gain accuracy in full temperature range.
AD603 has +/-1.5dB accuracy in full temp...
LMH6505 and LMH6502 don't have similar gain accuracy in full temp.

    Is the LMH6518 a possibility? From Figure 31 below, it looks like the typical variation over temperature is within 0.3dB total shift at a given x-axis (ladder attenuation). Over the entire gain range and over temperature, the typical variation is slightly more (<0.35dB).

    LMH6518:

    I see the AD603 Gain Accuracy over temperature as 3dB (+/-1.5dB). Is that the spec you are going for?

    Thank you for the information.
    LMH6518 has good gain accuracy Coefficient.
    I will introduce this device to the customer.
    However, they may not accept the digitaly gain control due to they already use the AD603 of linear control.
