I need the ESD rating, MSL rating and terminal finish for part number BUF634FKTTT. This is not listed on the datasheet.

Hello David,

The MSL rating is as per the JEDEC standard classifications, and peak soldering temperature. Let me see if I can find the information on ESD and terminal finish.

what is the JEDEC standard classification? I need an MSL rating such as 1,2, or 3.

Separately from this table, I also need the terminal finish. Is it pure tin? NiPdAu?
