I checked board TSW7001EVM. I installed software as recommended and provided measurements as recommended. I solved problem with power supply and applied 6V
from another. I use Rohde & Schwarz generator at 20MHz and -10dBm up 1dBm as input signal but CW signal on oscilloscope Tektronix was about 0.3V no any SIN.
I measured voltage as recommended on 74 capacitor for different numbers on panel. When number was zero voltage instead of -1V was 0.8V. Only changes happened when I wrote number close to 64000 voltage moved to ~1.2V.
