Hi team,
A question has come up about the true max reflow for the LMH6643MM/NOPB. On page 5 this distinguishes 235 for infrared/convectional reflow, and 260 for wave soldering. But if its leadfree per JSTD-020 it should be 260 max as the standard for 30 seconds.
Does that table on page 5 still stand true? Maybe that referred to the non-/NOPB suffix orderable (which says call TI in the quality tab unfortunately)?
I just want to confirm that the LMH6643MM/NOPB is really a max of 260C for 30 seconds.
