LMH6714 with +/-4.5V Rails

I'm planning to use the LMH6714 with voltage rails of +/- 4.5V.    How will device performance be impacted by reducing these rails from the +/-5V that is specificied in the EC table.    Specifically, I'm interested in bandwidth, slew-rate, and output voltage swing.

Also, is there any test data that you can share for this operating voltage?

    The net impact of running the LMH6514 on +-4.5V supplies is a reduction in supply voltage of 1V.  The input common mode range will shrink by 0.5V with respect to the negative supply and 0.5V with respect to the positive supply.  Likewise the output swing range will also shrink.  Overall performance will only be slightly impacted as long as you stay inside of the valid input/output voltage ranges.  

    For large signal performance look at the datasheet curves and just reduce the output voltage swing by 1V.  For example in Figures 14 and 15 if you had an output voltage swing of 3V you would look on the curve for the 4V performance.  If you have a 2V swing, look at the 3V performance.  

    This does not hold all the way to 0V.  Small signal performance (0.5V and lower) you can expect very similar behavior to the +-5V supply graphs.
