TINA/Spice/LMH6554: How to simulate open loop transimpedance for current feedback fully differential amplifiers (LMH6554)

After speaking with my colleagues, it is now clear the simulation & circuit will depend upon the internal topology of the actual device, rather than details of the model or the simulator.
