ONET1191P: Limiting amplifiers S parameter models required

Dear TI,

I need the S parameter models for the following IC:

- ONET1191P

- ONET8501P

- ONET4201PA.

The S parameters are reported in the datasheet but I need the data for simulations.

Can you please help me?

any news about the S parameter models for Onet4201PA, ONET1191P, ONET8501PEdit? Did you check into your database?

Hi Paolo,

I could only find the HSPICE models and S parameter data for the ONET8501P device. I have attached both the files here. 8501P_SP_TYP.zip

onet8501p_hspice_model_2v2.zip

I don't think I could find S-parameter models for the ONET4201PA and ONET1191P in our datasbase. It is very likely that S-parameter models were never created for these parts.

Hi Rohit,

it is quite strange the s parameters model for the ONET1191P were never created because they are plotted in the component datasheet.

Anyway thanks a lot for the ONET8501P. It will help us a lot !!!!!
