Hi

I'm looking for transimpedance amplifier for photodiode which has the following features.

- Single supply 3.3V or 5V

- Differential output

- Bandwidth : > 150MHz

- I/V conversion resistance : 10Kohm - 20Kohm

- If any, clamping circuit and DC removal

Do you have solution?

I think OPA857 is close but I want a little more high performance one.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we do not have any higher speed differential output transimpedance amplifiers than the OPA857. Our next best solution would be to use a high speed op-amp followed by a fully differential amplifier that converts single-ended to differential. Would that be an option for your application?
