THS3120: PowerFET drive circuit didn't work

Part Number: THS3120

Hi Dears,

The datasheet of THS3120 shows a PowerFET drive circuit, but it seems that this circuit is not correct. The output voltage of  THS3120 is from Vs to -Vs, while the source voltage of P channel MOSFET is -Vs, the Vgs voltage will not less than the threshold voltage of this MOSFET. The Vgs voltage of N channel MOSFET will not greater than the threshold voltage of N channel MOSFET. Is my analysis correct?

This complementary MOSFET controller is more commonly. Why don't we using this structure?

Regards,

Ricardo
