I would like to request the qualification report of OPA2365-Q1. What is the wire bond for the current OPA2365-Q1? is that Au? any plan to change to copper in the near future?

HI Ke,

The OPA2365-Q1 uses gold wire bonds and there are not currently any plans to change to copper. Which qualification report are you looking for? The automotive qualification?
