op amp for DC 2V input

Hi sir,

      I want to use a op amp as a voltage follower and a voltage inverter, the input is DC 2V,   which one of the TI op amp will you suggest for my application?

    Hi Michael,

    I would recommend taking a look at our inverting amplifier cookbook for the process of designing a circuit that will fit the needs you've described here: www.ti.com/.../sboa270.pdf

    You'll want to set the gain to 1 to create the voltage follower function and the voltage inverting will take place by the topology. For this to work, you'll need to give the op-amp dual supplies.

    What will the supply voltage of your system be? If you have low supply voltage (less than 7V) I recommend the TLV9002. For higher supply voltage, the TLV170 is a good choice.
