TLV3011 Drive Capacitive Load

I would like to use the TLV3011 to drive a NMOS gate (SiA448DJ). What capacitive drive capability does the TLV3011 possess? 

Spice-Simulation with 100Ohm gate resistor suggests no problems but this may easily a modeling issue.
