Thermopile Amplification

I am doing some work with thermopiles that give out very low voltages (0-5 mV) and the RadioShack op-amps I'm using are pretty bad to say the least.  
 
I'm essentially getting only noise when I input voltages 0-5mV so I was wondering if there is a better op-amp to use that would fix this problem and actually let me amplify those small voltages and get readable data.
