Why the DC output -15mv, should be 0mV, why ah?

    Shuai,

    R3 is 1G ohm. IIB typical is 30pA. That is a 30mV DC voltage on R3.
    VIO output error of U2A could be as high as 6mV
    VIO  ouput error of U2B  could be as high as 6mV * 2 = 12mV.

    Therefore VIO induced error could be as high as +/-18mV and IIB error of -30mV typical.
