OPA140 LTSpice Simulation Problem

Hi,

I'm trying a Analog Signal Filtering with OPA140 but ı think ı have a problem with OPA140 spice model. Becasue ı tried but simulation doesn't start. LTSpice try Damped-Psuedo Analysis and after this analysis ı have singular matrix error.

I also tried simple voltage follower with OPA140 it was'nt working too. But i tried simple signal buffer with OPA132 and it was working very well.

I will appriciate with any help.

I ran various analysis on OPA140 macro-model, including in follower configuration you used, with no problem (see below). Please try to change some of the analysis parameters like gmin or shunt conductance to see if this will resolve the issue.

Hi, I'm experiencing problems also with the OPA140 PSPICE model in LTSPICE. Was this issue ever resolved and if so how?

I figured it out.
I had to change the ".SUBCKT" statement in the TI-supplied PSPICE model to:
.SUBCKT OPA140 +IN -IN V+ V- Vout
because LTSPICE's symbol into which the TI-supplied PSPICE model is linked to assumes the pins in that order. Ran it and it works now.
