Using the INA129/128 with a single power supply

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA128, INA129

Hi,

I am doing a current measurment for control that is being fed into a DSP, I would like to use the INA129/128 for this measurment but I only have one 5V power supply availbale. I know that the INA128/129 are not adevertised as single power supply inst. amp, but can they still be used with s asingle power supply assuming that 5V is enough dynamic range ?

regards

  • Ina 129 . It operates with power supplies as low as ±2.25V.

    INPUT Common-Mode Voltage Range (min) (V+) – 2  ....(V–) + 2     {2..3 V in yours application}

    OUTPUT Voltage:(V-)+ 1.4.....(V+) – 1.4 {1.4..3.6V in your application}
