For the OPA140 and OPA2140, is there a graph showing Ib current with temperature? Specifically between -40C and 80C?

The input bias current, IB, in OPAx140 is caused by the reverse-bias leakage current of the ESD input protection diodes and thus roughly doubles every 10 deg C - see graph below.
