Do you have TLV2374QDRG4Q1 Pspice lib by condition to simulate?

Dear Sirs.

Our customer should supply simulation data by condition to meet GM requirement.  

So, Our customer needs each pspice lib of TLV2374QDRG4Q1 as following condition included to simulate

A. Derating curve condition by ambient temp

B. Device Characteristics by Life Cycle

Please give me them if you have or make them.
