I want to know what is the use of capacitor in the circuit and i also want to know what happens to the forward voltage drop in the diode after amplification.

    You failed to enclose the circuit schematic - you may not do so by simply pasting it into the body of your message.  Instead, click on the Insert/Edit Media botton above and attach it from the pull-down menu.
