   Dear Sirs

I want to find OP, my request is shown as follow: 

1. At least +-20 input range.
2. 4 in 1 package (TTSOP or QFN)
3. High impedance (>1Gohm)
4. Accurate half attunated rate. (about 0.2)

Please help me?

    We have nothing that will give you the 0.2 attenuation. Give us more details about your application:
    1) power supplies?
    2) input signal range? amplitude and frequency? input source impedance?
    3) output signal range?
    4) inverting or non-inverting?
    5) output load?
