Iset unit of LM4250

Dear Technical Support Team,

I have a question about LM4250.

Page 3 of this datasheet  describes that Iset for absolute max is 150nA, but other pages such as Page 4 describe it's unit  is μA.

Is it correct unit for absolute max of Iset?

  • Dear Technical Support Team,

    Thank you for E2E support.
It's helpful for me to investigate unclear point for TI devices.

By the way, I posted this "Iset unit of LM4250" last week.
But anyone doesn't response for it so far.
it seems that LM4250 can use over 150nA for Iset, because this datasheet describes "ISET = 10 μA" or "ISET = 1 μA" on some pages.
I am happy that someone answer this.

    Best Regards,
    y.i

  • Hello,

That is a typo in the datasheet. Iset in the Abs Max section should 150uA.
