Does someone know how to design a simple circuit to measure resistance with TLV3501 or other available OP or comparator?
thanks!

Hi user1231284,
The TLV3501 is a voltage comparator where the output assumes a high, or low, level based upon a comparison made of the two input voltage magnitudes. It is not a linear output device and its output will be in one state, or the other. Resistance measurement often involves forcing a current through the resistance and the equating the voltage devloped across it to the equivalent resistance. So these are two very different things.
You could set up "go, no-go" test where the resistance you wish to measure was part of a voltage divider circuit in one of the comparator input circuits. A window comparator circuit might be devised to check that the resistance is within a certain range. It wouldn't provide the actual resistance value.
