Term resistor at the input

Hi,

I recently learned about adding a terminating resistor to match the impedance of a line and prevent reflections which cause distortions and ghosting. Naturally, this feature is critical for high frequency applications.

1. Is there a frequency and amplitude bound beyond which an op amp must have a terminating resistor to function optimally?

2. How would you advise a figure out the value of the resistor if I need to match it to my traces.

Any other care-abouts while sizing terminating resistors is really appreciated.

Thanks!
