TLV3011EP output fluctuates at -55C

I use TLV3011EP to switch on and off a JFET, which passes the 3.6V to a voltage regulator. Everything works at room temp. However, when I put the board in the environment chamber and drive the chamber to -55C( the ramping rate is 5C/min), the output of the TLV3011EP starts to fluctuates and I lose the 3.0V out of the voltage regulator.

But if I drive the chamber to -55C manually, meaning that I set the chamber to 0C, then -5C, then -10C and so on until the chamber gets to -55C. Then the board works fine.

BTW, only 2 out of 20 boards have this kind of problem.
