ISO124 and pseudo differential input signal

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO124

Hi guys,

I want to measure an AC signal with respect to its reference ground. I want to provide isolation and I came across ISO124 but after reading the datasheet, I am speculating that GND1 is not the reference ground of the signal but is actually the common of bipolar supply (+-15V).

1-My question is: is it that what I am speculating is correct or not?

2-If it is not correct, should I be making connections in the following order:

a) VIN = signal1

b) GND1 = signal1_ground

c) VS1+ = VS2+ = +15V

d) VS1- = VS2- = -15V

e) VOUT = isolated_signal1

f) GND2 = isolated_signal1_ground
