LMV344IPWR input offset voltage vs temperature chara.

Hi

I want to use LMV344IPWR for temperature conditioning application. The datasheet says  typical VIO is 0.25mV and the maximum can go upto 4 mV (which is high for my application) . I am unclear on how the offset voltage varies with temperature or other parameters. Kindly provide some input on this regard.
