Hello Team,

What voltage is absolute maximum rating of the differencial input voltage(VINP-VINN)?

Though this spec is not shown on datasheet, how should we think about it?

Hi Hidekazu,

The ABS MAX value of the input voltage to the AMC1301 is shown in section 6.1 as GND1-6V and VDD1 +0.5V, the maximum measurement voltage range before clipping is shown in section 6.9 as +/- 301.7 mV and the specified linear input range is shown in the next line (Vfsr) as +/-250 mV.

Hi Tom,

I am recongnizing about your comments.
What I would like to know is the absolute maximum rating of differencial input BTW VINP pin and VINN pin.
It has not been specified in absolute max rating table. However, Figure-45 & Figure-46 on DS is illustrating +0.5V input signal BTW VINP and VINN.
How much voltage can this IC withstand as the rating?

Hidekazu,

Figures 45 and 46 deal with the voltage input levels based on the full scale linear input range of the AMC1301-Q1.
