RE: TINA/Spice/TLV3201: Features modeled in the TLV3201 spice model

Hello John
good to see the list, it seems all of interest is there at least the model you refer to...
I do not see however this header in the model I've downloaded:

.SUBCKT TLV3201 3 4 5 2 1
M12 6 7 8 8 MCPO W=200U
M13 6 7 9 9 MCNO W=200U
E1 10 11 12 11 20
E2 11 13 14 13 0.5
R1 0 11 1E9
R2 0 11 1E9
C1 7 15 1.8E-12
R3 7 16 800
E3 15 13 6 13 1
........

It seems not each model contains the header, or?

Best regards
Ivan
  • Ivan,

Some of our models have not been updated to include the header.
If you have questions about the TLV3201 model I can transfer this thread to a different E2E forum monitored by the engineers that created that model.
