AMC1301: Gain changes after power cycling

Part Number: AMC1301

Hello,

I noticed that the gain of the AMC1301 can take two slightly different values. I could reproduce that by cycling the supplies of the device and then measure the gain. The difference between the two gains is 0.05%.

Here is a plot of the measured input-output characteristics (measured in AC in this case, but DC behaviour is the same). Between each of the 25 measurements shown by a diamond or a star, the supplies of the AMC1301 are set to 0V for 2 seconds and then on to 5V again.

This is a worrying behaviour for an analog device !

Is this a known behaviour ?
Can the difference be more than 0.05% under certain conditions ?
