ISO120: Time delay after 6kV/us transient for ISO output to be correct

Part Number: ISO120

URGENT

Hello,

I am planning on using the ISO120SG (with C1=C2=0) in an application where there will be 6kV/us IMV transients that are 0.020 us long (and that occur at a fixed 40 kHz frequency/every 12.5 us).

The ISO output will obviously be erroneous during the 0.020 us long 6kV/us IMV transient.

My question is after how much time (after the 0.020 us long 6kV/us IMV transient) will it become correct again and be within spec.

Best Regards,

Nicolas
