Ravindra, There are examples of output filters in the EVM User's Guides if the information in the datasheet is not enough. The TAS5630DKD2 has a good example for the TAS5630. The recommended inductor is a 7uH/5A (30 mR) Low THD+N Ferrite Inductor. Take a look at the Fe-Tronic TIC-INDC-026....

Ravindra, Driving a transformer should work as I've seen other applications of this. The main concern is during no-load, what is the inductance of the transformer? You don't want to send the part into over-current protection. When loaded it should not be a problem as long as the impedance...

I think you will want to drive OSC+/- differentially for best audio quality, avoiding edge contamination as much as possible. There may be some timing considerations here. I will check and let you know. Best regards, Steve Crump.

    SteveCrump SteveCrump
In a modular system like yours I would absolutely discourage single-ended clocking. I believe a differential system is required. As long as the entire transmission system is differential and skew is small, like the 100pS you cited, your approach should work fine. Best regards, Steve.

Generally the switching frequency for analog-input devices in TI's TAS56xx family ( TAS5611 , TAS5613 , TAS5615 , TAS5630 ) is controlled by a single resistor. John, there is some complication to determing the value you want. I.vdd and I.gvdd can be found in the data sheet, but a little computation is required to get the total. See page 10 of the data sheet SLES220B for the individual values. Total 12V supply current is I.vdd + 4 * I.gvdd or about 73mA nominal...

Tomasz, the first series, WE-HCC, may be able to work, but only if you reduce the OCP current level by increasing the resistance at OC_ADJ.
