TI Precision Labs PCB Drill File needed

We are developing a component test system and need to evaluate flicker noise.  Having discovered T.I. Precision Labs 0.1Hz to 10Hz filter design, I am attempting to fabricate and populate the circuit board.  This circuit board is not sold by T.I., however, schematics and Gerber files are made available.  One drawback - the drill file is not of a format that is useful.  This is preventing me from ordering PCB's.  Has anyone else attempted to recreate this PCB board or know how to obtain a valid drill file?  The document/app note is slau522.pdf, the schematic, BOM and gerber files are in slac592a.

Art Kay, your name is on the app note, can you help with this????

Thanks,

Mark
