I would like to know how the device behaves when the input voltage is below 2.7V. (This is minimum voltage at single supply)
Does this device output low level ? or high level ? or unknown?
Our customer is concerned how this device operates when it startup. Because some other device outputs the glitch during startup until it reaches minimum voltage.
The output is unknown when the supply voltage is below the minimum level. It is kind of Hi-Z and a pull down resistor can make the output low in the undefined supply range.

We do not have full characterization for pull down resistor but 10K should be working.
