HI

I AM WORKING ON MY NEW AFTER MARKET DESIGN BUT I FACED ONE PROBLEM DUE TO UNKNOWN IC

THE IC HAS MARKING 77MO234Q (MAKER -TAXAS ) 8 PIN IC but i have no part number of that ic please solve my problem

    Hello,

    I am working on this and I beleive that the device you have is the TLC2272 (either the A or non A version for Automotive). If you could provide me with a close up picture of the device I can be more certain.

    i have no clear picture of that ic

    but on the is its clear that marking is 77M0234Q   WITH TEXAS INSTRUMENTS LOGO(smd ic 8 pin)

    and i was seeing pdf of TLC2272 .but there was no any marking detail on the ic.

    basically the is is used in automotive ECU for two wheeler

    Wasim,

    I am sorry that the answer isn't as easy to come up as you might have expected. But I am on a wild chase since there are so many variables that I do not know. 

    • What exact type of 8-pin package is the device (there are numerous 8-pin packages TI offers)? 
    • Is there only one line of information (Are there any other markings that you have not shared)?
    • Is the TI symbol the letters "TI" or the emblem with the state of Texas?
    • Are all eight characters together or separated by a line or a space?
    TI has 40k + parts and I am getting multiple results depending on how I search for the information that you have provided. I really could use a picture of the device, even a low resolution picture from a cell phone camera would be extremely helpful. Lastly where are you located? Local TI sales team may be able to provide you with some help if I cannot assist you any further.

    hello

    u can see picture of that 8 pin (smd)ic  .

    the ic has texas instrumentaion logo .logo texas map

    first line RIGHT SIDEwith "texas logo"  mark as 77

    and second line mark M0234Q(WITHOUT ANY GAP).

    THERE ARE NO "TI" SYMBOL AND NO ANY OTHER MARK.

    hello

    i got another same ic

    the marking on the ic is

    first line with texas logo is 78

    and second line is M0234Q 

    so ,now can i say that marking is M0234Q?

    Hasim,

    I was able to find someone that tracked down which device this was. The "77" and "78" line indicates that the two devices were made in July 2007 and August 2007 respectively. Since then they have change the symbol to include more information and that is why I was unable to find it.

    There are two different dies, I am currently checking to make sure that there is no difference between the device you have and the TLC2272.

    as i know that is MANUFACTURE OF IC-M0234Q is texas

    but there are no any information of that ic ,why ?
