Would you please answer this ?

If the BIST (ABIST, LBIST) function is not operated on the TPS65381-Q1, does this device enter Global SAFE Condition and is shifted to SAFE state ?

It is confirmed that If the BIST (ABIST, LBIST) function is not operated on the TPS65381-Q1, the device enter Global SAFE Condition and is shifted to SAFE state.
