TPIC84125-Q1 - Allowable power dissipation vs Temperature

The rated power dissipation is listed in the power management section.  Note that the spec is over the operating free-air temp range, which goes up to 105 degrees C. 

Another useful piece of information is the thermal resistances listed in the "Thermal Information" table, which you can use to estimate the junction temperature when you measure the exterior temperature.
