I can not find the specification of EN pin volltage maximum rating.

How much is it?

There is the possibility of the supply voltage 5.2V.

Atsushi-san,

I have contacted the device owner and asked them to answer this question. I would guess that the max is 6V but I do not see any data on this in the datasheet so I cannot say for sure.
