ISO7240CF-Q1 Ground Current or Quiescent Current

I would like to know what the ground current/quiescent current is for this device. The datasheet only specifies the ICCx (EN=HIGH) or Ioff (which is only the output current when EN=0V) and this does not give the ground/quiescent current of the device when EN=0V.

Please advise.

For these devices the ICC remains about constant for both EN = High and EN = Low.

Hi John,

So based on that post the ouput current is approximately 30uA of the total current for ICCx if EN = 0V. If that is the case then I will forward the information to consider the typical/max for the ICCx specs as GND/q current (minus ~30uA).

Hi Marc,

Yes, I agree. When I had the outputs enabled, they were just floating. So the 30µA difference I measured for just turning the output stage on. This is obviously just a single data point that we can use as a typical performance.

The rest of the current is the internal quiescent current (mostly the oscillator).
