Hi,

Does anyone have the distribution data of the TS5A3159-Q1 NC/NO OFF leakage current spec?

Thanks

Go

    Regards,

  • Hi, Akeem

Thank you for your prompt support.

Could I ask you a few more?

Do you have the TS5A3159-Q1 leakage current distribution data

    for -30 degrees C and +105 degrees C?

And do you also have the TS5A3159-Q1 leakage current distribution data

    of multiple lots?

    Thanks

    Go

  • Hello Go,
Unfortunately, there is no leakage current information available at -30°C and +105°C specifically. Note that the lot previously referred to consists of 30 units, and other lots show equivalent values that are consistent with the datasheet. What is the targeted/acceptable range of leakage current?
    Regards,

  • Hi, Akeem

    Thank you for your comment.

my customer's targeted/acceptable range of leakage current is as follows

    Condition: V+=3.3V or 5V  Temp:-30℃ to 105℃ Vcom=0V VNC=0.3 to 1.7V

targeted range of leakage current :  <10nA max

acceptable range of leakage current : <50nA max

    Thanks

    Go

  • Hello Go,

Due to the lack of distribution data, we cannot guarantee the Q1 version of this part will meet the acceptable range of leakage current for their specified temperature range. However, the TS5A3159-EP version is more likely to meet their OFF leakage current requirement since the minimum and maximum value range at full temperature is -20 to 60nA.

    Regards,

  • Hi, Akeem,

Go would like you to measure actual leakage current of the IINC off current on some TS5A3159-Q1 at following a limited condition.

    Condition: V+=3.3V or 5V  Temp:-30℃ to 105℃ Vcom=0V VNC=0.3 to 1.7V

Is it possible? I’m not sure that would be meaning to the customer and I think even we will provide such kind of data but our guarantee value is must be +/- 150nA.

    Please let’s know your comment.

    Best regards,

    Izumi Maruyama

  • Hello Izumi,

To clarify, we can guarantee the leakage current will be +/-150nA as specified on the datasheet across the automotive temperature range. At this time, we cannot guarantee that the leakage will be equal to or less than +/-50nA at the customer's specified minimum and maximums of -30°C to 105°C. We are discussing internally on a statistically suggestive sample size to test the customer's conditions.

    Regards,

  • Hi Akeem,

Thanks for the internally discussion. I think to provide the data would be helpful even we can not guarantee the customer requirement.

    Go-san,

Could you let’s know a due date of the data providing?

    Best regards,

    Izumi Maruyama

  • Hi, Maruyama-san

    Thank you for your support.

I'll confirm the due date with my customer and report it soon.

    Thanks

    Go
