TS3A27518 have a thermal PAD.

Where is the thermal PAD connected to? GND? Open?

Hello Kei,

We recommend that you connect the thermal pad of the device to GND on the board.

Hello Kei,

The thermal pad is not electrically connected to the rest of the device, so it is floating. Still, we recommend that this be connected to the ground plane to maximize the thermal dissipation in the system.
