Output Error vs Common mode Voltage of INA271-Q1

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA271

Hi team,

My customer Innovation is evaluating our INA271AQDRQ1 in their EPS system for current sensing. When doing output error vs common mode voltage test (with 5V supply), customer first tie Pin1 and Pin8 togather, pin3 and pin4 is tied togather, then apply a voltage from 0V to 12V to Pin8,

the INA271 output is 20mV when Vcm is from 0V to about 4V,

and then the output rise up with Vcm, when Vcm = 4.33V, the output voltage is about 78mV

and then the output go down to 20mV again with Vcm rise up to 12V.

would you please suggest why the output would rise up to 78mV during the test? And what is our test method for Ouput error vs common mode voltage test?
