    Hi Atsushi-san ,

    Ron is very much dependent on the Temperature , operating voltage of the FET .
    Referring to the datasheet , the typical is 22ohms at room temp ,Vcc at 4.5V with the Max being at 100ohms .

    The variation would be dependent on the manufacturing process on the wafers but in any case , the values wont be exceeding the maximum value(usually guard-banded at test) specified on the datasheet at Room temp.
