Hello,

Please advise the difference between UCC27201-Q1 and UCC27201A-Q1.

I found that UCC27201-Q1 VHS voltage range is -5V min and UCC27201A-Q1 is -18V min.

Please advise if there is another difference.

Hello Ushikubo-san,

You are correct that is the main difference. The ESD cell was redesigned to support -18V (<100ns pulse) on HS pin instead of -5V as UCC27201-Q1. But there is no change to ESD performance.
