I have another questions.
It's about the temperature special quality of the Reset threshold voltage of TPS7A6350-Q1.
Is there measured data by the following condition?
* Ta=-30 ℃, 25 ℃ and 70 ℃
* Vin=5V
A customer is requesting number of sample 22.
When there is data, can it be offered?
When not having that, when there is data by the nearby condition, I request to offer it to me.

We only have the data obtained under three typical temperature: cold -40C, room 25C and hot 125C.
Do you know why customer want the data under such condition? And which spec do they want?
I am not quite understand "A customer is requesting number of sample 22." Does that mean customer have applied some samples for evaluation?

I'm not hearing a reason that a customer needs number of sample 22.
But a customer would like to know the temperature special quality and the variation.
There is a possibility that you may shift from the condition that the customer is purchasing for temperature
conditions.
I'd like to check it in a back to work day because we're taking consecutive holidays at present.
(We're consecutive holidays until September 23 in Japan.）
Is it possible to offer data in this case?

Validation we do usually covers three temperature: cold -40°C, room 25°C and hot 125°C. And so does this device TPS7A6350-Q1.

The data in the datasheet "Electrical Characteristics" table already covers this temperature range (–40°C to 125°C).

But the value of the UVthres's temperature range is indicated on only TPS7A6350-Q1, and it isn't indicated on
TPS7A6333-Q1.
And the customer want know each value(min./typ./max.) of every temperature(–40°C/25°C/125°C).
They also want the number of sample of that case.

I got OK from the customer by (-40 ℃/25 ℃/125 ℃) about temperature conditions.
Is the data offer possible by me?

Hi Masami-san,

You can use the same ratio to calculate the value for TPS7A6333-Q1, which is about 2.97V(MIN), 3.07V(typ), 3.15(MAX).

For the validation, ATE usually tests 30 samples*3 lots to get the results.
