I was able to get the fit rate.

However I could not know which classification of table 16 in IEC TR 62380 it is.

For example, Silicon is MOS, Bipolar or BiCMOS, and type is Digital circuit or Linear.

Hello Yoshida-San,

Sorry for the late reply as i somehow missed this email.

It is based on TI LBC5 process. This means it is Linear BiCMOS (LBC) Process. I think you can take it as BiCMOS IC.

Which type is TPS57160-Q1?

I want to know the type, for example Linear / digital circuits low voltage(<6V) in upper table.

I did not understand your request correctly. Can you please explain me what exactly you mean by failure modes?

FIT rate for the device is already provided and what failure distributions you are looking for?

Can you give me your email ID so that we can discuss offline? Please note that this device is not a safety device with any ASIL ratings and we cannot provide the internal device failure modes and FIT rate of internal blocks of the device.
