Hi there,

We love the built-in LDO with auto-source so that we can shut down the buck regulator during sleep mode, but 3.2A capability is a bit excessive.

Are there any similar chips more suited to an operating load current of 300mA?

    Hi Tony,

    if I understand your request correctly, you are looking for switcher with 300mA output capability that comes with an integrated (auto-source) LDO?

    I'm afraid, but the TPS65320-Q1 is the only auto-sourcing part we have and there is no plan to go for lower output drive.

    We do have singe switchers with e.g. 500mA without LDO, like LM46000-Q1, which also comes with light load efficiency and might suit your needs?

    Please also see our selection tool,  here the link with the settings I assumed, please modify to meet your needs (e.g. if lower Vin-max is sufficient, etc.)
