About concrete leak current of TPS79801-Q1 and TPS7B6701-Q1

Please let me know about concrete leak current of TPS79801-Q1 and TPS7B6701-Q1.

Condition is below;

・12Vin→5.5Vout/50mA

・Temperature:85℃

These datasheet written in IGND graph, but I didn't understand.

Because of graph scale is large, my visual check can't see concrete IGND.

    Hi Satoshi-san,

    For TPS79801-Q1, please refer to the Electrical Characteristics section in the device datasheet, GND pin current is 1.8mA(typ)/3.3mA(max) with load=50mA and ambient temperature range from -40degC to 125degC.

    FOr TPS7B6701-Q1, the GND pin current is 51uA(Ta=25degC), 45uA(Ta=-40degC) and 59uA(Ta=125degC), this is tested with typical conditions.

    Would you please let me know why customer cares about this leakage current? what's this application?
    As in many application, quiescent current and shutdown current is a key factor, and leakage current under normal operation usually are not considered.
