Hi,
I have a question.
How much is the input or output parasitic capacitance?
I could not find the data from the data sheet.
Best regards,
Tomoaki Yoshida

Hi Shreyas,
Thank you for your reply.
I had misunderstood that Ci is the parasitic capacitance of the control signal (OE terminal).
I understand this is the information that I wanted to know.
Will the minimum and maximum Ci not defined?
I would like to know the Ron vs Vi under the conditon Ii is 20mA.
Because we want to know the filter characteristic from the Ron and Ci.

Hi Shreyas,
Thank you for your reply.
It was very helpful for me.
How much Vcc voltage is at this graph?
How much voltage between Vin and Vcc is needed In order to switch turn ON?
In our use case, it is assumed Vin will reach near Vcc.

Hi Shreyas,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm considering to drive the photodiode by using a circuit such as:
Normally, Vin is High and photo diode is off.
Then, Vin will be low down to illuminate the photodiode.
Two switches are connected to one of the photo diode, and control signal will switch by 1OE and 2OE.
1OE and 2OE does not turn on at the same time.
I think that trying to drive in such a circuit, is there any problem?
